Arvast Gold 10 Tablet 10’s belongs to a group of antihyperlipidemic and antiplatelets used to treat heart attack, myocardial infarction (blockage of the blood to muscles of the heart), angina (chest pain), and stroke. A heart attack happens when the blood flow to the heart is blocked. The blockage is most often a build-up of cholesterol, fat, and other substances, which form a plaque (semi-hard accumulation of substance from fluid) in the arteries that supply to the heart. Sometimes, a plaque can burst and form a clot that blocks the flow of blood. Symptoms of a heart attack include chest pain, tightness in the chest, pain in the neck, arm, or back.

Arvast Gold 10 Tablet 10’s is a fixed-dose combination composed of three medicines, namely, Rosuvastatin, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin. Rosuvastatin belongs to a group of drugs known as antihyperlipidemic. Rosuvastatin lowers the level of lipid. It blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to produce good cholesterol. Clopidogrel and aspirin both belong to a group of drugs known as Antiplatelet. They work by preventing the blood from sticking together and decrease the production of clots which is harmful to the body. Altogether Arvast Gold 10 Tablet 10’s help to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and heart-related chest pain (angina).

Arvast Gold 10 Tablet 10’s is available in the form of oral capsules. It is usually taking one time a day with water or as prescribed by your doctor.
